  • Refund requests are accepted for transactions where an error has occurred or the service was not delivered as expected.

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact our customer support at support@tezapay.ug with your transaction details and a description of the issue.

  • Our team will review your request and determine if you qualify for a refund.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

4. Non-Refundable Transactions

  • Transactions completed successfully and where the service has been provided are not eligible for refunds, except in cases of verified errors.

5. Policy Updates

  • We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via our app, and the updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
